Just as popular as our honey sticky toffee pudding we started making this back in 2019, apples soaked in honey and cinnamon then topped with our secret sponge mix recipe. It's then baked in the oven for 1.5 hours to ensure all the apples are tender throughout. Perfect for dessert or just a midweek treat.
